Ans. He/ she can be any blood relative like parents, brother, sister and also spouse can be co-applicant

 

Minimum balance required in bank statements?

Ans. It should be more than proposed EMI for example above Rs. 5000.

 

What are Govt. Schemes available on loans?

Ans. For Home loans Govt. provide PMAY scheme for subsidy upto Rs. 2.67 lakh to eligible borrowers.

For MSME loans for business, Govt. provide subsidy on capital investment of upto 40%, subject to approvals.

  

From which Banks we can avail loan?

Ans. It can be from Private banks, nationalized bank or a reputed NBFC

What will be the tenure and ROI range for Home Loan?

Ans. ROI – 6.9% to 8% & Tenure – 10yrs to 25 yrs. On affordable category small loans rate vary rom 9.5% to 12%

 

What will be the total expenses for availing a Home Loan?

Ans. Bank processing fee 0.25% to 0.50% and stamp duty 0.25% to 0.50%  depending on lender institute.

 

What will be the interest rate in case of Home Loan Top-Up?

 Ans. ROI – 7.25% to 8% around

 

If borrower has part property and mother deed is not available, can lender give him loan?

Ans. Very few lenders are there who can give  loans in such case.
